    The location of this condo is really convenient. You have access to the DVP, Gardiner, and great transit options nearby. It is too new to have a reputation, but from what I've heard from residents in the building, management can be unresponsive at times. Things I like: - Great views all around - High-quality finishes - Awesome amenities - Low maintenance fees Things to consider: - Future construction both South and West of the building - Some of the two-bedroom units have lousy layouts - Nearby highway can be noisy

    The building is so good why do we still have this management? They need to be replaced so someone can come and fix the issues all the residents are complaining about! The garage and parking situation is ridiculous and the attitude we get back from them is like they don't care. Please I really want this building to live up to it's potential!
