    The Woodsworth Condos by Lamb Developments is a chic and boutique condo building. This condo has 17 storeys and 125 units. Some of my clients have mentioned that the building gives them nostalgia for being in Miami. Things I like about the building: - The location is very central, yet tucked away on Richmond St - Boutique condo with an exclusive feel to it - I like the "unfinished" look in the units here (As with every other Lamb Developments building) - North-facing units have "peaceful" views Things to consider: - 90% of units in this building are one-bedroom units, the majority of which have an open-room layout - All units have an additional heat pump rental (As with every other Lamb Developments building) - Maintenance fees are on the higher side when compared with other boutique condos in the area - South facing units can get really hot during the summertime
