Yet, any doubt as to whether these are newer builds disappears once a prospective buyer catches a glimpse of the light gleaming off its many modern windows.

    Nonetheless, reaching to just 3 storeys high, the exterior of the Riverside Towns Condos features distinguished dark bricks that give them a stately heritage aesthetic. All this is framed gracefully by stone inlays that balance the design with brighter tones, as well as by 140-150 Broadview’s exceptional landscaping.
