    So far I've lived here five years; great experience. Thick walls, friendly staff, fast elevators. Walkable area with parks, grocery stores, food options, and easy access to Square One.

    The building is beautiful, but construction issues are glaring. Frequent leaks, unreliable elevators, and poor accountability from builders frustrate residents. Improvements are urgently needed.
